The Phoenix Suns will always be favorite team, ever since 1992 in 4th grade. But, Nikola is quickly becoming a personal favorite with his grounded, humble and quiet nature. I have a strong feeling that we are seeing a potential dynasty. The Nuggets can still keep their core players and Role players. They have a rookie that can play very well. MPJ and AG defense is improving. Jokic and Jamal are still starting on their prime.
Five years ago, Clippers passed on Michael Porter Jr. for Jerome Robinson. Michael is now an NBA champion. Jerome was out of the league 2 years ago.
Their gamble on him paid off

Average athlete, slow, lack of defense, etc. He's the opposite of what a lot of teams are trained to look for, especially at center. It's no surprise team's overlooked him, but he's making them pay.

It's been refreshing to see two small market teams in Denver and Milwaukee build themselves into powers. Even Golden State had been a lesser known franchise and became self-made. Maybe now that MJ is out, my Hornets can draft well and figure out some of that magic.
