So there's this CZcams Channel called star wars theory that has a video explaining George lucas' original story for the sequel trilogy (czcams.com/video/6qDQ5Ae0AkA/video.html) and it's awesome and should be brought to life by someone talented like you guys with the unreal engine at least as fan fiction. I think EVERY star was fan would enjoy it. And I bet all of us would be willing to donate money towards a kickstarter or your patreon to make it happen. You certainly have talent enough. I hope you consider the idea, you'd be Hella famous

And, more importantly: He didn't die when the Death Star was destroyed.
YOu realize it's a different incident. This is when they took over the Tantive 4. Latter, some other idiot banged his head in the death star chasing Luke and Han while doing there best to not hit them with their blasters.
This is on DS2 at either the beginning of ROTJ with Vader or at Palpatine's arrival. The Tantive IV story was a flashback. So Alan is canon.

Yeah I absolutely loved how it lined up with our very first scene of Vader walking through the door as the storm trooper drops the body of his fallen comrade and stands at attention. Was not expecting this. Amazing!!!

Now everytime I rewatch A New Hope, those two stormtroopers at the beginning will always be remembered as FNG & FKU and I have no problem with that

Cant believe how nobody is talking about the Darth Vader entrance scene. In the movies you can see a stormtrooper checking on comrade laying on the floor just before Vader's appearance.
It is amazing how this video fit these characters in the canon.
I loved how they were both just standing there with their arms up when their superior asks for volunteers 😂😂

"We all look the same you idiot..." I love the first minute of this video. I mean its all great but that opening is so... human. This is a legitimately great comedy duo you have here. Both in the character you have created and the voice actors who play them.
Best part was about how Adam has dinged his helmet on the first Death Star and thus has a mark there now. So Adam was the clown who tried to get through the door before it fully opened. XD

The kid gets the guy to open up and he demonstrates that he's a whole other level of awkward, and the kid gets embarrassed.

One of my favorite bits of business in a movie that almost no one ever notices is in _ANH_ . Just before Darth Vader's introduction, a trooper screen left is bowed over, holding up the head of a fallen trooper. Then, when hearing Vader arrive he lets the head drop and stands at attention with his back to the wall to show respect.
It's cool these guys retconned a whole story behind it.

It might just be me, but I thought it was so cool that they integrated one of the two main Stormtrooper characters into being the one that's inspecting another Stormtrooper on the floor as Darth Vader walks in during the beginning of A New Hope. Very nice touch!

I thought when they heard Vader FNG would for some reason decide to play dead and Vader enters, and just like in the movie he checks these two fallen stormtroopers, feeling in the force they were both alive, and then decides it's not worth his time.

Damn, TK-FKU jokes so rarely you forget he’s even able to. I guess that’s why his jokes work so well. Whether when “works” means “goes over the officer’s head” or when it means “TK-FNG falls for it”.
And IMHO this is also what makes his character breaking laughter so contagious.
He's not really FKU, and the other guy isn't FNG. FKU is short for fu#k you, and FNG is military jargon for fu#king new guy. He was basically making telling the officer to go fu#k himself.
I won't see the same EVER AGAIN the boarding on the Tantive! Hahahahaha funny thing is that every single time I saw ANH I noticed the Stormtrooper checking up on his mate, good to know he was just in serious back pain and not dead haha

Splicing/ recreating Vader’s entrance with FNG standing at attention (I always wondered why that trooper was loitering there…). “I am your father.” Dave. I want to tell a story of a couple of clones left on Geonosis after the battle in movie 2 trying to get back to their units but offset over and over.
Animating is not coming as easy to me as illustrating, but your demonstration makes me feel you are worth what I'd be willing to pay.
The only question is if you are in my price range.
How you worked this into the actual scene is Brilliant! This is now part of my head cannon and I hope they keep the entry to Wookiepedia

I really like how it's accurate to the actual scene of the original movie where the stormtrooper is examining his buddy before dropping him to stand in Darth Vaders presence.

When “Sarge” was talking about his back right before the boarding, I was positive that it was going to pull just as he cleared the doorway, causing him to collapse in the middle of all the gunfire.
….turns out I had confused him with the trooper who entered the doorway during the prison escape scene.

I love hearing FNG's frightened breathing. Really sells the "scared kid facing his own mortality" vibe, especially seeing this older wiser veteran so agitated and scared himself when all he's shown before is grumpy but stoic confidence.
Also have to wonder how many times FKU has gotten troopers he doesn't like killed off quicker by having them switch places with those going into battle first? The way he tries it here somehow makes it seem like it's not the first time he's pulled this trick...
The 6 foot Storm Trooper going through a door that is 5'10" and wacks his head. It really happened in the movie.
