Fanatec deliver the orders first, we have been waiting for months.
Stop the Capp...I ordered this wheel and base combo with the V3 inverted and shifter and have received it, my boy ordered the DD Pro Extreme with the same accessories and got his too.. Stop lying on them unless its been YOUR experience NOT what you've read.,
@redshot_8897 I have been waiting 6 weeks for a clubsport V2.5, DD2, and V3 pedals, submitted at least 8 customer support tickets so far, only update is it’s “headed to warehouse” for over 2 weeks. Super frustrating
@@redshot_8897 It's a shame that you accuse him of lying. My order was delivered three and a half months later. The company also accepted the delays.
At this point, I'm only subscribed to see Fanatec get flamed in the comments at each video release. 😅
It's crazy how clueless this company is, and how little ambition they have to turn things around.
Same, it's ridiculous how people said it's only for a while, they will fix these issues soon, like they would work at fanatec. Meanwhile I traced order and support issues starting from 2019 so they had more than plenty of time to get their stuff together
It's almost as if social media team don't handle your orders.

Fanatec is not going to change, they care more about releasing products other than answer to all customer complaints. This company cannot be trusted and I am not going to buy any of their products anymore.

Was Bestellungen angeht, ist bei mir alles problemlos gelaufen, man muss natürlich schauen das alles auch Lieferbar ist. Beide meiner Bestellungen waren innerhalb einer Woche da. Das einzigste was ich bemängel sind die Treiber und die fehlende Vorschläge für die Einstellungen für die Spiele, das hat mich ein paar Tage beschäftigt. Aber die neue Clubsport DD+ Wheelbase ist einfach super und macht mega Spaß. Der neue QR2 ist Qualitativ sehr hochwertig, wie der Rest von Fanatec. Freue mich schon auf stabile Treiber und Einstellungen für die Games auf der PS5👍

I ordered my CSDD and got it in 6 days and I am in regional Australia, about as far away from Fanatec as you can get, what do I think of it , well I told my wife it was like driving with new glasses , but after a few races , it's more like going from being blind to being able to see. WOW
When did you order? I made an order Monday the 8th in Australia, order status is still processing, I'm wondering what their processing timeframe is at the monent in Australia. All the items that i ordered are in stock
Exactly, ordered the DD PRO EXTREME, V3 inverted, shifter, handbrake, and Monte Carlo Rally Wheel and I RECEIVED EVERTYHING within a week. All these people in here talking trash are just wanting to hate on FANATEC.

Can somebody tell me if I want to use it with ps5, don I need that filmware update thing?
No, not to use on PS, it can switch between different modes by pressing and releasing the power button until the color on the power button corresponds to the system you're using, but you will need a PC to update the firmware on the base, wheel, hub, and any other accessories you have from Fanatec.

please answer my request before you make thousand videos about a faulty product… its been almost two weeks since my last request, my wheelbase (dd+) makes loud coilwhine noises and has „wobble“
Can't wait too they do another real-world race event again. Won't be a pleasant visit for them.

The coilwhine will not go away and it will soon start to microstutter. You will try and warranty it, pay for shipping, send it off only to receive the same box with the same tape you put on it having never been opened with the warranty claim closed then you'll be ignored.

Buy Logitech, they sent me an entirely new wheel and let me keep the original bc it had ONE scratch on it. Fanatec would of just came over and assaulted my elderly mother.

Ich bin enttäuscht es fehlen Schrauben und Kabel zum verbinden man freut sich alles auszupacken nach der Arbeit und und aufzubauen. Am Ende fehlen 8 mm Schrauben und Telefonkabel Verbindung von Pedalen und Lenkrad keinerlei Hinweise das man sowas benötigt!
