Technology is so prevalent and often discarded every aspiring techie can weld together junk to do whatever they want. Okay I have to admit, please do not change anything of the way you do your videos- something about how the contrast between you and Dank is astounding, your 'no music, just the project' makes the moments when you just chuck something on the floor even funnier. I also, personally, adore the sounds when you do stuff like taking things apart, it's almost accidental ASMR for me. Anyways cheers mate!

Melting the plastic parts is called heat staking! Its used to permanently mount pcbs in plastic housings. Its cheaper and easier to automate then screws, which is why its used. Easiest way to remove them is to heat up the plastic with a heat gun/hot air soldering iron and pry up on the board (gently)
Source: i used to be a service engineer for products that use heat staking

I see that you've taken a lot of inspiration or got some guidance from Wade. The camera looking down on a table with hands doing most of the talking, the random pet interlude at the end of the video, and you've even got the SNES equivalent to the ShrekPod. Feels a little empty without music but I'd say you got something going here!
