For the recent big Powerball jackpot, I bought 1 full ticket based on a combination of the statistically most common draws and numbers that haven't appeared in certain positions. I bought a 2nd full ticket that was a combination of birthdays & Quick Pick. One the 1st ticket, I matched exactly one number in one of the 5 games. On the 2nd ticket, I won back the cost of the ticket and then some. It's not the fist time this type of thing has happened -- I don't think I'll buy this book.
If you have to pick six numbers pick 3 odd and 3 even. Or 2 odd and 4 even. Or 4 odd and 2 even. Those combinations come out the most and is easy to prove it mathematically using factorials. Doing this the odds of winning are still in the millions and still a matter of luck.

July 3, 2021 - I looked it up and found out that 10K people a day play the lottery numbers 1-2-3-4-5-6 so, if and when it does hit those people will not get much money. Back in Dec. 2020 in the South African lottery 20 people won playing the numbers 5-6-7-8-9-10. There was huge outrage because people thought there was fraud going on. An investigation occurred but they found no fraud. I do know what you mean about playing number that other people stay away from because if it is a winner, one is less likely to share the prize with other winners. It reminds me of the TV show Lost (2004- 2010). Hurley won a 114M dollar lottery. His numbers were 4-8-15-16-23-42. this is my strategy how I win. Do your research on the scratchers you will play. Usually the lotto makes 4 jackpot tickets so make sure the 4 tickets aren't claim. If they are then don't play that game. I would usually play a game that is brand new. Your odds of winning are higher. Then play the scratchers that are worth 20 and 30 dollars. A buy a minimum of 10. Thats 200-300 a week. Yes its a lot but if you want to win big you have to be willing to spend big. Out of the 10 scratchers I usually get 4-5 wins. You usually get your money back and if not then the next week you would only have to spend a 100 or less due to your winnings for the week before. On the record breaking lotto I decided to play for my first time and started filling out the ticket by favorite number, gf’s favorite number, my age, my favorite age, birth day and was about to pick the power ball number when I said forget this, it’s just a waste of money and through out the slip. Turns out all 5 of those numbers hit... From there I had a 1 in 25 chance of hitting the right powerball number. It was 10 but I have no idea what I was going to pick. July 3, 2021 - I looked it up and found out that 10K people a day play the lottery numbers 1-2-3-4-5-6 so, if and when it does hit those people will not get much money. Back in Dec. 2020 in the South African lottery 20 people won playing the numbers 5-6-7-8-9-10. There was huge outrage because people thought there was fraud going on. An investigation occurred but they found no fraud.
I do know what you mean about playing number that other people stay away from because if it is a winner, one is less likely to share the prize with other winners. It reminds me of the TV show Lost (2004- 2010). Hurley won a 114M dollar lottery. His numbers were 4-8-15-16-23-42. Back in Jan. 2011 some of those numbers were part of the Mega Millions winning jackpot. Those numbers won 150 dollars for 9,049 people...LOL!

I bought his book he does give many points on how he plays and how he keeps winning... I usually try to by scratch offs but at 20 a pop and win line a few tickets on those 20, rarely have I ever not made any money buying a stack of 20 on a book. I am noticing that the numbers that are in the middle like ticket number 50 to 59 for example ticket number 55 or 57 would be 100.00 winner the rest would be like a few bucks.
this is my strategy how I win. Do your research on the scratchers you will play. Usually the lotto makes 4 jackpot tickets so make sure the 4 tickets aren't claim. If they are then don't play that game. I would usually play a game that is brand new. Your odds of winning are higher.
Then play the scratchers that are worth 20 and 30 dollars. A buy a minimum of 10. Thats 200-300 a week. Yes its a lot but if you want to win big you have to be willing to spend big.
Out of the 10 scratchers I usually get 4-5 wins. You usually get your money back and if not then the next week you would only have to spend a 100 or less due to your winnings for the week before.
Also make sure you make a account for the 2ns chance lotto so the scratchers that are losers you can put the code in so you can be in the running for a million dollar prize.

Picking your own numbers versus quick pick, your odds are still the same. The only thing is if you pick more common numbers, you may have to share your top prize with more people.
