I've updated my routine a little bit and added 0.5mm derma rolling once a week as well as nizoral shampoo. The derma rolling addition was within the last month but I'm starting to show even more results.

I encourage that you try use the Tropical solution. My husband uses it because he didn't like the side effects of the pills and it work. At first it looked like he was reverting back to hair lost because he wasn't on the oral pill. However, it took about 3 month to notice that it was working for him.

You can use either Hims brand of biotin or country life brand works good too. Minoxidil I used Hims, Kirkland, and rogain. It’s all the same

This is not a permanent solution to hair loss. You will go through a cycle of shedding using minoxidil or hims. Biotin has very little if any at all effect to do with his progress. Not saying biotin isn't good it improves your nails, skin and hair. But I'm telling you once you stop you will lose that hair and more. And plz don't take finistrade I dont believe a damn soul when anybody say I haven't had any side effects.
