It seems to be a remix of the Teurastaja song, to celebrate the release of the Hoitovirhe album, which happened 20 years ago.
The song seems to have some other older songs mixed in.
I could be wrong though.
I have to admit that it's an interesting song.
But if you know the Teurastaja song, which was their "biggest hit", the song that brought Turmio Kätilöt to the consciousness of many, then you will recognize the original from this version.
But like I said, interesting...

Despite the warning at the very start, seems like stroboscoping light is the least of concern here - as far as visuals are concerned.Maybe the title ( which stands for "Slaughterer" ) is very self-explanatory. On top of that, - and i said it in case of different song - if you strip this one of the vocals , put as audio only it could perfectly serve as part of FPS game soundtrack
