When your hook and yarn squeak, have you tried a humidifier? I use a humidifier for static. But, I also live in a very arid state. I also use a lot of lotion. I suppose it’s knowing why it squeaks. 😅 thanks for the tutorial 😊

Written Pattern (To help myself) :
•{With yellow} Mc, ch 1, 6 sc, Pull (6)
• Work into first st, sc inc whole round (12) end row
*Repeat with green yarn
•{Line yellow and green circle up with white yarn} (ch 3,) (Triple into next st, Ch 3, into same st slip-stitch,)
*Repeat

Whrnmy yarn starts squeaking on my hook as a neurodivergent gal, it sends shocks to my brain.
A hack i use is to wash my hook with some washing up liquid, then when dry rub a tiny bit of vaseline on the hook to coat it, helps the yarn to glide better!
