I think UWP apps can be registered and open if you set the MinimumVersion (or something like that i don’t know) to the build you desired and register it.
Also, congrats for 1000 subscribers. I hope you hit 2000 subscribers soon! :D
However doing that one by one for every app is a very tedious and tiring process so I think patching the kernel may work

This build? Not available on uupdump
UUPDump only public builds. This is a rs_onecore internal build. I think he get it on Internet Archive.
