      TROW OUT THAT JUICER!
It has a cheap Galvanized Chinese coating on the wheels.
This will come off right into your juice.
Get a 3 or 4 roller made of stainless steel!
      But throw this one away!

The only instructions that came with the machine recommended oiling the chompers after cleaning as well. Makes sense for long term storage. I could see traces of rust on the not so stainless steel housing right out of the box. So I will want to pay extra attention to the parts that touch food. Maybe dry the parts with a blow dryer then a little quick spritz with some Pam oughta do er

Can you please post some uses for the juice? Can it be boiled down to make sugar syrup?

Thanks for responding to my comment.
I asked about hooking the press to a motor. Just as I posted, you stated why you prefer to do it manually. Nuf said my brother. 👍🏾

@@leadfarmer73 I’m not surprised. One thing about you. You think in and out of the box. I got some cane in a bucket, and some germinating in a plastic shoe box. Thanks for sharing.

I am wanting to grow sugar can as soon as I can finish my greenhouse (To cold here for it to survive the winter here without some extra protection).
That juicer is way out of my budget though, but I have looked into boiling the cane to get the sugar out of it, I can afford that LOL.
