And I believe a majority of Muslim scholars would disagree due to the holes in the perfect preservation claim (i.e. Dr. Shabir Ally, Sheikh Yasir Qadhi, etc). I believe the concept of the Trinity was always present-- i.e.from Moses to the last prophet prior to the 1st advent. And Jesus's words provide the standard of worshiping Him and His closest disciples also taught the same doctrine of worshiping Jesus.

To begin with Allah(SWT) has NO partners and He is not part of a trinity. This "we" that you brought up is what people refer to as a "royal we" (if you don't believe me or have doubts then you may search up this term). The royal we is used by kings or sovereigns to show their position and sovereignty. Allah(SWT) uses this majestic plural because He is The King of Kings and The Possessor of Majesty and Honor. Allah(SWT) uses this form of "we" in multiple places in the Quran . If this was truly a case of Allah(SWT) being part of a trinity then we would've left Islam ages ago, but that isn't the case. That's because in Arabic language plural pronoun is used for the purpose of respect. Thus, Allah used plural pronoun to mention Himself. It has nothing to do with Trinity or multiplying of gods

Second: there actually a verse in the Quran that talks about when jesus made a bird from clay in the following Quran 3:49:and ˹make him˺ a messenger to the Children of Israel ˹to proclaim,˺ ‘I have come to you with a sign from your Lord: I will make for you a bird from clay, breathe into it, and it will become a ˹real˺ bird-by Allah’s Will. I will heal the blind and the leper and raise the dead to life-by Allah’s Will. And I will prophesize what you eat and store in your houses. Surely in this is a sign for you if you ˹truly˺ believe. Everything he did was by the will of Allah nothing by himself.

In Islam belief Adam and eve after eating the forbidden fruit they started to repent and sought forgiveness of God (Allah) then (Allah) accepted their supplication and gave His forgiveness to them. As mentioned in the Holy Quran :
((Then Adam received from his Lord [some] words, and Allah accepted his repentance. Indeed, it is Allah who is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful))( Surah Al-Baqarah 2 : verse 37).
Another Verse : ”They replied, “Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will certainly be losers.”
(Surah AlA’raf 7 : verse 23)
