Could anyone recommend a decent pressing of this album? I haven't had much luck with studio 1 releases in the past
Who did l.Dillon & co record the better known version of Everything Crash for & was this version first -if so took a long time to get to lp (1980?!)
Original was recorded for JJ Records (producer Carl JJ Johnson) in 1968, by the Ethiopians (ie. the group). The Studio One version was a re-do with Dillon by himself as the Ethiopian.
recorded too loud! there is distortion here that is not on the original record :(
