I've never believed in multitasking. I'm a do one job at a time, do it properly, type of person. I also prioritise tasks, using a list. If I become overwhelmed on occasions, I make time to sit down, have a cup of tea, coffee, etc, and switch off for a little while. I also practise deep breathing.
I couldn't agree more, I often feel very overwhelmed sometimes with just normal everyday stuff, I love yoga and try and remember to just try to do one thing at a time ❤❤
Very helpful Dr. Aileen. I'am going to these situation. I'am so glad to follow you on You Tube, so I'am very informed about menopause. This video gives me so much more wonderful information. God bless Dr. Aileen. 🙏🏻🌹
My husband has been a pillar of strength and support for me through menopause. I am one year post menopause. It is VITAL that you take stress off of yourself. And our world situation recently (2020) didn’t make menopause any easier. You must de-stress and look for ways to take your burdens off your shoulders. Your mental health and physical well-being depend on it. This is a very delicate time. The most important tip I can also give is to eat nutritious foods and change any unhealthy lifestyle habits. Also, use wisdom and pray.
@@jennifermiranda6023 Thanks for the question. I am almost two years post menopause and I am just now getting a little energy back. It is a slow process. But the fact that I am getting ANY back is an answer to prayer. Best wishes and God bless you.
I’m going through perimenopause and I work a stressful job that I hate and I’m a housewife as well it’s been so hard to keep my sanity but God and my husband has been my rock 🪨
I am a list writer. Otherwise being as I am still in the family home and although parents need some help most afternoons are mine but I am very busy with folk music and other things I am on the go quite a lot.
Hi Arifa Have you tried any of the Flower Essences, these are great for overthinking? If you're in the UK or Ireland you could try our Relaxing Essence but most countries will have a good range of Flower Essences available www.avogel.co.uk/jan-de-vries/bach-flower-remedies/relaxing-essence/ Best Wishes Eileen

I make a list of things I want to get done the night before. I cross out what I get done. What doesn't get done goes to my next list. No stress.
Fantastic, I do that too!

Great advice, thank you. Do the energy levels/fatigue stabilise or improve post menopause?

I have always went from one spot to the other, mainly in the morning.
Plus remember self care is giving the world the best of you not what's left of you ❤❤
Absolutely, that's a great way of putting it!

The worst thing I did was start three major projects while planning my wedding. I'm also a small business owner. I highly recommend not doing that 😅
Hope everything went well in the end!

Hi
natural herb teas are ok but not black or green teas or flavoured teas
