- Custom hand made 1/3 scale military jeep replica gokart. 99cc harbor freight engine. Tiller rear axle. all custom frame and body. Grille is from a power wheels all the rest of the body is hand made steel.. All accessories are cutom made. The seats are removable. windshield folds out and down. throttle is the horn button. That's absolutely a great little micro Super Jeep. All you missing is a little baby boy to drive it around would be awesome. Great job on the build!

absolutely badass my friend I love the drive train & the fact it is not just a simple go cart chain & sprocket set up great attention to detail !!! I wonder if you could you find another rear end swap around or reverse the inner pumpkin even to make it 4X4?
Thanks man. That would be possible but it isnt a diff its a straight axle since its from a roto tiller. So that might make it difficult to steer. Plus id have to build the front spindles to work with u joints completely from scratch and very small. I think id rather keep it simple and since it works quite well im going to leave it alone for now. I do have a larger Jeep gokart you can see it in my other videos that I have some parts to make it 4wd. So that one I might do at some point .

you should re-fit it with a finger throttle on the steering wheel, but very cool.
I do. The horn button in the center is the throttle I work it with my thumb
This is absolutely awesome! Ive seen this around quite a fair bit on some build pages would love to try build my own as im a massive fan of old willies jeeps but have never seen one in the flesh before! Wouldnt happen to have some plans you could send my way so i can research into it would ya? :p
Thanks I dont have any plans I mostly just took my measurements off of my real willys Jeep and reduced everything to 1/3 . Fitting a workable drivetrain into that space was ofcourse the real challenge. What kind of differential did you use in the rear? Love the detail of this jeep
its an old cast iron snowblower auger gearbox from an ariens. It did strip out once and i had to replace it. It works well but one from a rototiller might be stronger.

Yes it does. you can see the wing nut infront of the steering wheel in the video that clamps it in. Its not a real gun though just for looks
