Thornton-le-Dale, North Yorkshire, England.

I was driving down the A170 to Scarborough one day and came across Thornton-le-Dale and thought what a pretty place, as well what are all those classic cars. It was a cold sharp but clear morning and I stopped to take some pictures. I hope you enjoy these few snaps which don’t really do the village justice.
Thornton-le-Dale is a village and civil parish in the Ryedale district of North Yorkshire, England, about 3 miles east of Pickering on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. The area of the village encompasses 39.2 square kilometres.
