I went on a Bus Tour to Monterey back in 2009. On a Bus Tour you cannot leisurely stop and explore as you two have done. Thank you for your detailed exploration. I need to go back and get out of the car!!! Lol😂 Great video guys!!! 😎

Hi! Great video! I also watched Paso Robles…. Would you think Big Sur, Carmel/ Monterey & Paso Robles would be a good 5-6 day trip (we are from ny)? Thanks!!!
Hey! It's doable but we'd question how enjoyable that would be. We drove A LOT in Paso and I'd hate for you to feel like you only drove for 5-6 days. There is a wine region outside of Carmel that's solid and we'd recommend we'd just do that - especially if you want to drive to Big Sur.
Caveat to that, we did work full time (5 a.m. - 2 p.m.) everyday and only explored on the weekends and after work. If you do go, try to build in extra time for driving! Let us know you decide! I'm sure whatever you decide will be great 🍷♥️

For the drive? The road is lined with guard rails near the cliffs.
@@boozing_abroad how about the towns itself. Are they safe? Are there any violent crimes to look out for? Aggressive homelessness? Are there any sketchy hotels?

Good information. Good video. My only suggestion would be that next time you do way less talking-head stuff. Having faces in videos really adds nothing to the video especially when there's so much scenery available. Voice overs on cutaways are better and nobody ever wants to see anybody else eating..
