Hold both breaks and throttle for 10sec and tune the bike on while doing it. This will give you a 5mph boost.
Don’t expect more then that
That is the absolute max

Hi, I also have this bike. Do you know how to take the speed restrictor off, as it only goes 19.8 mph flat out

Hold the plus and minus buttons together until the screen shows P01, then press the power button 8 times to get to P08. Press the plus button until you reach 067. That’s it! That’s the fastest this e-bike can go. and to set it back set the P08 settings to any other number.
