How to Bowl Two-Handed: Create Your Spare System (Part 7)

In the sports of bowling, you need to knock down as many pins as possible to have the highest score. With this ultimate goal in mind, you have to strike the most. But if you can’t strike all the time, the possible way to have a high score is to spare the most of you can.
This video will help you create a sparing system using the plastic spare ball for 2-handed bowlers and give you some basic presets that you can use at hand.

Thank you for your video. I was referring to your other video on "elbow in" I find that useful for strike and right side spare. But it gets very hard for left side spare. Do you keep your "elbow in" when doing left side spare?

Yes i do tuck elbow in on every shot. Did you feel a bit overrotate when sparing left side with elbow in bro?

Thank you for the reply! I feel that with the elbow tucked in, my arm angle is towards the right. And so, it is hard to throw the ball accurately to the left side.

I had the same awkward feeling just like you. This is how I work it out.
First of all, when I spare on the left, my ball trajectory is literally a hook shot, from the right side, straight left then hook a little bit before it hits the pins. The right shoulder will define the launch angle. So the tuck elbow is just for the rotation. Thinking like that will help you keep the correct launch angle for the spare shooting.

What about:
1. Using the same finger positions as the one handed.
2. Using ring and pinky finger into the ball like what Robert smith did during his sarge easter grip saga.
3. Put in only middle finger in the ball while with ring finger out to create forward roll like sarge easter grip.
Will these works? Thanks

Put in only middle finger in the ball while with ring finger out to create forward roll like sarge easter grip => I think we can do that but not in league or tournament. Because we need to put all finger in all the holes on the bowling ball. 🤷‍♂️
