Southwest 737 MAX 8 - Flight #1 Experience!! DAL-HOU

  • This video project captures one of the most amazing experiences I've had with an airline. On October, 1 2017 I had the chance to fly on Southwest Airlines's first MAX 8 revenue flight along with my production colleague Ryan Bomar. The aircraft was very impressive and indeed a marvel of modern travel technology. More importantly, I got to experience a deeper sense of the Southwest Airlines family, and how they bring an inviting warmth to their passengers. From customer service, public relations, every employee was truly happy to be on this flight and share their passion about working with Southwest. CEO Gary Kelly, has done a mighty fine job with the morale of this airline, and was a pleasure meeting and flying with him. I will definitely seeking out more flights with Southwest.
    See Ryan Bomar's video here.

Firstly, impressive videography. Sound and visuals are the best I've seen ever on CZcams. I love watching anything Southwest. No company in the world except maybe Disney gets it's employees to "buyin" like Southwest does. Every staff member of Southwest you see, from pilots to Flight Attendants, gate staff, Check-in and even the humble rampy, they all look like they are proud to work for an organisation that's a little bit special. Herb Kelleher must be a very proud man.

Most of the city and surrounding valley are dying for you to come here. You guys would make a killing here. Las Vegas is always full on allegiant flights. People loved their Hawaii service while they had it and filled 757s. Go into Ontario, new service to Houston, etc. Come on guys!
