Had a guy come out of a intersection and take the back bumper off my mom's car. Guy was trying to tell the cop my mom was speeding. The cop finally told him " I don't care if she was doing 100. She had the right of way"
All dash cam video's should be turned into police depts. Tickets issued, license revoked, and mandatory driver's training, including a road test every year for ten years. I have been in 12 accidents in my life, and I'm tired of being rear ended at red lights, stop signs, left turns in front of me when I had the right of way, drunk driver. I could go on.😡🤬😤

Just had someone that doesn't know how a center lane turn lane works.. and honked at me for cutting them off! He followed me into a parking lot to confront me and when he notices I was open carrying he decided to be somewhere else.. I call ed PD and notified them of possible road rage and gave them my CCL incase they called about me.. I'm known to local PD as someone who will come to their aid!
These days, whenever you drive, you have to assume that someone, along the way, is going to be stupid.
I had a kid on a scooter hit me once. I was sitting at a stop sign and he slammed, full on, into the side of my car. He was riding down the sidewalk at a high rate of speed and never even slowed down. The parents were furious at me for hurting their darling.
The cyclists and scooter dudes wont be long for this world if they keep up the kind of behavior shown here lol.

The cyclist timed his turn perfectly... gauging your speed approaching him...he didn't have to stop and his momentum carried him through quickly...no problem with him!!
It's always the idiots that think just because they're in the crosswalk they have the right-of-way...even when their sign says "don't walk" that are the problem.

@@ericpl7227 Vehicles also have to obey traffic laws, and a bike has right of way when the crosswalk is on walk. Where I live we don't have bike lanes and all sidewalks are designated as bike paths, so here we are on the same level as a pedestrian.
Just the other day I actually almost got hit because some moron decided to not care about a crosswalk. There was a semi blocking view of the right turn lane, and some guy in that turn lane just flew though with out hitting their brakes, anyone with a license should know that you STOP AND LOOK before you turn on red especially when there is a crosswalk.
It was incredibly close as well, the mirror almost hit my hands. I never trust any motorists, so when I am on a crosswalk I will be moving at a slower pace that gives me time to react to most things that can happen, but had that not been the case, I would have been hit by a guy who was blowing though at like 30mph. Shitty thing is the driver panicked and served hitting the crosswalk button I needed to press to get to where I was going as well. So yay, I get very likely an entire year of extremely dangerous crossing because people who should not have a license get a license.
Now that’s what I call CAR-ma!

If you listen to the clip, the sound is off from the video by a few seconds. You hear the impact about 1-1.5 seconds before you see it. Perhaps he didn’t have as much time to slow down after all?
Interesting how my reply isn’t visible anymore. FirstLast pointed out part of it. People like the cammer intentionally causing issues impacts all of the drivers and why rush hour can get so bad for everyone.

4:18: The fact that the white sedan changed lanes at some point _in the past_ is irrelevant. The one changing lanes _that causes the collision_ in the present (the gray sedan) is at fault.

The impatience of many drivers throughout the country is one major reason why our auto insurance rates are so high. Drivers, get your heads out of your A$$es, and pay attention to your driving.
In my state, the one going straight has the right of way at a 2-way stop no matter how long they've been there.
I think that it is that way in most all states.

The NA truck did the right thing, as did the cam car. Truck went slow, knowing he was WAY out of position to make the hard right. Went slow enough for the cam car to safely make room to let the truck turn. Trucker said 'thank you'. Why can't we all just get along?

@4:30 is why front license plate requirements are a good thing, the teslas front plate if they had one would have been clearly visible in the side cameras view.
Since the advent of GPS, many truckers get stuck going down narrow roads and then try to make a 90-degree turn onto another narrow road with almost no turn radius. They often get stuck, the cab ends up in the ditch, and they shut down the intersection and two roads, often for hours.

Too many of those people waited until the last second to slow down. If you know you're going to be exiting the highway/freeway, why in the world would you get into the inside lane? It seems highway departments waste a lot of money putting yield signs on entrance or exit ramps when they seem to be ignored. The cammer who hit the person coming off that ramp didn't have time to slow down or stop? The camera showed he had plenty of time. Based on some of those collusions, it would seem eye examines are needed at the time a license is issued or renewed. The person's ability to turn their head left and right should also be checked at that time.
