❤ I hope this helps someone! I got SUGAR FREE chocolate and a caramel coffee “sauce” in big bottles from Amazon on Prime day. The back of bottle info was NOT pictured. THINKING I was doing ok , but when it arrived it said 22carbs per serving?!!!
This is what I had been ordering at Starbucks as a “sugar free skinny decaf mocha”!
Her nails always look so magnificent! I make my chai strong! I like it with 3 bags, a cracked cinnamon stick and 2 dried cardamom pods in the steeping water. Also, when I do them iced, I shake up the tea milk and sweetener in a shaker with just half the ice. Then pour it into the cup with the rest of the ice. Little bit less diluted that way. I will take a good chai over PSL any day!

My gosh I just got a white lavender chai latte from the coffee place here in my town! It’s like my moms in my thing to do A couple days out of the week. @@telisah9611 I, myself, usually use either Allulose or Swerve. In drinks or food where I don't want to have some granular substance
to it, I used the powdered or confectioner's version.

Chai lattes are my favorite too. David Rio makes a nice Flamingo chai that is sugar-free. Its also really good with coffee.

Is the coconut cream supposed to be warmed up? Mine is chunky when I pour it straight from the can it comes in 🤢 it also isn't that creamy :/ I used tazo chai bags, almond milk, skinny vanilla syrup and coconut cream.
