- What is smokeless tobacco?
Smokeless tobacco is tobacco that is not burned. It is also known as chewing tobacco, oral tobacco, spit or spitting tobacco, dip, chew, and snuff. Most people chew or suck (dip) the tobacco in their mouth and spit out the tobacco juices that build up, although “spitless” smokeless tobacco has also been developed. Nicotine in the tobacco is absorbed through the lining of the mouth.

I am a lung cancer patient myself my dear Naga Manu. I was diagnosed with lung cancer on 21st January 2020 at Zion hospital and went for further treatment at Delhi. And i'm undergoing chemo treatment. Chemo treatment is such a hard period where you lose your hair, ur appetite, ur weight, and many complications with your health. Please Quit Tobacco my dear Naga Manu.

I'm already 19, but I've never touched or even taste even a piece of tobacco, but my friends always force me to try it,but I tell them that I'm not habituated to it n it's dangerous for them too.

I'm shikar addicted. I spend at least 40rs per day, even now I'm chewing shikar, my mouth sometimes fells like numb and I can't normally yawn or open my mouth. My jaw line sometimes pain. For the past few months I have tried not to consume it since I was worried about my health as i slowly realised the change and pain within me. But I couldn't .
I have been into tobacco since the early stage of my life and guess I was missing some motivation or warning speech from someone and till now nobody has told me but until today, this video has made me realised the future and the consequences. Thank you Dreamz Unlimited. From now on I'm trying my best to avoid chewing tobacco.

If its white then it's a sign of starting of oral cancer... Me too i came to know from one of my friend uncle (doctor). U can quit if you want to...it all depends upon ONE'S will power. You can quit it... All the best 🤟

We just wanna act Cool by smoking and chewing tobacco or drinking alcohol.
We would laugh on some youngsters when they chew Bubble Gum or take sweets (even this are harmful if we consume too much but just stating some facts) and they think it's cool to take all those stuff which is more harmful to their health. It's high time we give up on a those stuffs dear one's.
