The very game that introduced me to this band. 'Riot' is good too, but holy shit when I first heard this play in the menu, I was instantly hooked. Now I have 25 of the band's songs in my library.

I absolutely love Adam Gontier’s voice. The harmonies he does with the instruments in the band is amazing. His voice is so raspy and it fits the genre perfectly. All of the songs can have so many meanings and a lot of them are personal to Adam and the band members.
Their One-X album is one of the greatest Hard Rock records of the 2000s IMO.
That album is good from front to back it’s their best album in my opinion.
It's not an opinion man, it's a fking fact. One of the best albums of my teen years!
Never too Late fell victim to overexposure and the One X song was kind of weak, not bad but not one of their better songs. The album overall though is pretty solid.

Has to be my favourite three days song. When we say them live we started cheering for the song and before long everyone was, they came back out after the set and played it as an encore then even asked what else we wanted to hear

This is the song that helped me cope after I got out of placement. I experienced some shit in there that you never really forget. It made me angry and bitter since I was 12. This song still helps when I get flashbacks. I'm 28 now.

First concert I ever went to was Three Days Grace with Seether and Econoline Crush the night before my final semester of high school in 2008. They were amazing, and One X is just great song after great song all the way through. "Just like you" is an amazing song that should get a listen as well.

as a long sufferer of depression, anxiety and paranoia i feel the "animal" inside me a lot fighting to take over and sometimes i act out and get angry etc wich isn't how i normally am at all i've always been an easy going open minded person but when the "beast" inside is too powerful i feel like i'm losing the battle and it's taking over and i'll be honest it does scare me sometimes, In recentyears the paranoia has become more a problem than anything and when i feel people are staring and laughing etc i want to hurt people i want them to feel the pain and discomfort that i feel i want to make them pay and that terrifies me i'm not violent but you have to wonder is this sort of stuff what some serial killers go through with the "animal" inside them :/ . This song is really deep if you think about it and it means a lot to me.

As someone with Autism, I can relate... Unfortunately at the tender age of 7 I discovered one of the many evils of humanity... Physical Abuse. I got so angry but I didn't want to tell my mom. So it continued into my late teens then suddenly, it stopped. After it stopped I still had those memories that when I remembered them it would aggravate me. So when I was 20 before Thanksgiving I had a nightmare of a memory. I jolted up screaming but I didn't know until I realized I was doing it. So I took it up on myself to forgive him. It was hard to say I forgive you but I did. It's been 7 years since then. I'm also a Christian but I take a relaxed take on it. Thank you for reading and have a blessed , dope ass day.
