Really appreciate Triple H trying to reasonably answer these - they're very tough questions given I'm sure WWE are in negotiations with each one, to some extent. But the honesty and openness is very welcomed and a breathe of fresh air versus the silence / promotional fog we usually get from Vince.
couldn’t have been said better
He brought Braun back, as well as Kross, Scarlett, Hit Row, Gargano, Dexter and Dakota, so these other names are very possible as well. Especially Sasha and Naomi.
Professional!!
They rehearse the conversation before they go live on air. He was already prepared for the questions.
@@master-of-mind5881 this might be saying wwe told him to do. otherwise he would not have gotten an interview.
other celebrities have done this. when they do interviews. but not all.
times will they will definitely do this is there are involved with a legal case.
I can feel everything Triple H just said about Rock. Getting goosebumps myself. We need The Rock at Mania next year.
That would be epic they need it in a outside stadium cause that roof would be gone
The crowd would be mixed like Hogan and rock WrestleMania 18 omg
I don’t need to see the Rock in a match. I just need to see him on the mic!!!
@@arthurhaywood2184 finally the ROCK has come back home
Your comment didn't age well unfortunately.
I think when Hunter(Paul) had the health scare, it humbled him. He sounds like a man who has experienced it all, and just wants to see young people succeed, because when they succeed he succeeds.
The fact that he talks like a wrestler and delivers promos like that says it all a class act WWE will move forward greater now than before👌🏾
Yeah sure with this clown right
@@thegoughandbordenfamily8234 yes
He is a fookin wrestler ya punk beatch
If anyone can get Sasha, Naomi and Bray back, then Hunter can.
In HHH we trust 🙏🏻
Sasha and naomi yes. I doubt bray will go to wwe. I dont think he wants to go back.
@@DannyCosmos i have doubts with Bray as well, but if one thing the world of wrestling has taught me, is never say never 🙏🏻
@@DannyCosmos doesn't he want to go into acting?
Why Sasha? Naomi followed her so she can stay gone too. Sasha ain't happy unless she's in the main title picture. The tag titles weren't enough for her and she pouted.
@@jeromesena5967 that's your OPINION and I respect it. 👊🏻
Clearly the right man for the job. Perfect temperament, perspective, experience in leadership role, love for the business, understands the history…shoot…big part of the history…this is the best thing that could’ve happened for wrestling fans.
I'm liking Triple H the person. The position he is in now in pretty much leading WWE, he is smart and wise.
I think some were programmed to hate HHH the wrestler because he was a heel his whole career
That’s because he knows the business better then anyone else.
Man, I never really thought about it Hunter’s way. What Bray wants to do makes sense in his head, but because he’s so creative, it’s hard for creative to follow what he wants. I can see how that did drive a rift between him and the company. I really hope they can figure something out.
I was just hearing about this -- and it might be hearsay -- that some of those ideas were just running a bit too far, such as his stories with Alexa and Seth, but not necessarily with the writers.
@@FiveGates something drove him out of the company though. There has to be some truth to what Triple H is saying. Crappy booking and having him lose all the time didn’t help his reasoning I’m sure. Now that Vince is gone maybe they can try to make it work again.
@@markd9580 oh I absolutely agree that bad booking had a ton to do with it, and I believe Trips too, was just relaying that I had literally, just a few minutes before seeing this video, read some supposed accounts about other performers who'd had issue with his creative whirlwind.
It’s crazy he said this and they just brought Braun back. Now it’s time for Bray Wyatt to come back!
Hehe guess who's back
@@elusanmitimothy3582 I ain’t gone lie I was hoping he’d show up in the ring but atleast he’s back. 💯
I can only imagine how comfortable these people feel knowing that they have a boss who actually understands their lives outside of WWE . I love Hunter
I ❤ Paul.
I love Triple H
Triple H really gets it in terms of hiring and dealing with talent. This guy literally lived a breathed wresting for years and it showed. Respect.
OMG..!! incredible promo at the last moment man..... really got chills in my arms.
Absolutely love his passion for the business. I can already see an improvement in the WWE since he’s taken over, long May it continue
Tell me where there's been improvement. I notice none.
@@thegoughandbordenfamily8234 more gimmick matches in raw and smackdown like the viking rules match and us title steel cage match and the nxt that was like cyber sunday with fans picking opponents and stipulations + the returns that have already happened like gargano and braun
So enjoyable to see Paul talk about the business in such a relaxed atmosphere.
I thank all the great members of the WWE family for their hard work, sacrificing their bodies and time with their loved ones to create this unique world.
9 years ago Rocks tendons tore off completely when he was in the ring. One of the blood vessels burst in his pectoral muscle causing him to bleed from the mouth. (Different occasion) Triple H has a point. If he gets in the ring he will likely severely hurt himself again. And that of course affects his other career opportunities. I really want to see him back in the ring but other than a few promos I can't see The Rock having a match or two at this age. But if he's down then let's go. But the big guy may likely get hurt again.
Just seeing the Rock in the ring with his guitar gives me goosebumps lol
He didn’t get hurt wrestling Punk though it was only Cena
Maybe if he chilled out on the roids he'd be ok
@@sellingoptions6912 I was always hoping he'd show up and interrupt Elias.
physiologically nonsense
5:04 "point and click is boring!" Ooh boy! Definitely different from Vince. Triple H was fortunate to work in an Era where the wrestlers were given freedom/leeway to develop their own characters, promos, etc. Old fashioned but imo, it's one of those characteristics and traditions that makes a professional wrestler a 'wrestler'
Nothing but the utmost respect for HHH

Best interview of 2022 so honest and relaxed
Wow, genuinely awesome interview. Always was a fan of Triple H and it's great to hear him talk so passionately and eloquently about the business he obviously loves. The WWE is in perfect hands.
Maybe this is the Storyline for Raw/Smackdown!
The fact that we were so close to getting triple h and the rock at mania is insane!
He’s such a classy professional. Good dude
Always has been.
Triple H is such a great story teller. I could listen to him for hours.. this was really amazing
Pretty sure The Rock will have a segment against Romain Reigns just like how we all knew Dominik would eventually turn on Rey Mysterio.
Triple H just gets it. Don't get me wrong Vince has done a lot of good for the company but seeing Triple H run the show your seeing it from a performers perspective on what works and what doesn't work. Hunter will take WWE to new heights we have not seen before and it will take sometime. I have been enjoying the product a little bit more in the last few weeks just with the smallest of details . I am looking forward to what comes next.
Vince was about competition, Triple H is about evolution (no pun intended…. Or maybe 😆)
That’s the mind of a good leader. I feel comfortable with him in charge
Ariel such great interview skills I’m now a student of his work and HHH this was his destiny to be WWE chief so happy his health is improving
Does the Rock pass on a chance to work with Roman at WM?
I think if he can we will. If he can’t he won’t. Either way he definitely wants to!
Damn I love Triple H My All time favorite wrestler
Sad.
I'm Turning 30 and I Just Want To Thanks Hunter For Making me Feel Like A Little Boy Again Enjoying Wrestling
Guy has genuine love for professional wrestling and WWE and it can be easily understood in this conversation video
Great interviews thanks to both for the openness.
Glad he talked about the issues with Bray, folks would say he was difficult and Sasha thinking about retiring from wrestling basically. Vince would never say that, mainly cause he didn't care what people thought or believed. It seems HHH wants to be a little transparent and that's ok. Me personally I will always like Vince's I don't give a f**k attitude, especially with business, he still succeeded.
Nah triple h will be better
Triple h was the man he knows how to bring some people on giving them good feedback what he could connected toward of all the audience
Wanted the pitches even add layers
Create some magic
Give the people what we want
I keep telling people The Rock is least likely to show. He would need time to prepare, just like HHH said AND of course, HIS SCHEDULE, that man has a thousand things going on and 2020 delayed A LOT. Also glad he mentioned how difficult Bray and Sasha are to deal with, Sasha has been flirting with leaving wrestling for a while.
Yea but to his point, I think we all know that deep down Rock wants to give it a go once last time. Mania, in L.A., against Roman? That story writes itself. He is 50 now so the clock is ticking.
@@anthonyanderson9303 only for Roman to win man
@@anthonyanderson9303 His schedule is clear for the 1st half of next year so he can launch the XFL. He does have the time.
Sasha just saw Wrestling as a place where she can be a star and prepare for her acting career, she’s by far not the best inring or on the mic, always thought she was hella overrated
@@Ghost-Face420 That first NXT Brooklyn was legendary.
i think its obvious sasha banks will return i would imagine paige will as well & wouldn't be surprised if bigshow & naomi do n all
Now we all can see why this man was chosen to take over the business, he actually knows everything about it, even answering questions that most will just say, I rather not speak on it
This really was an incredible interview, there was some spin for sure, Triple H will always be Triple H but reading through it was worth it

Man Triple H is F ING Great!!! It's great to see him working and making things happen. It's crazy how he s changed so much!!
He’s right about Braun, I met him in North Augusta SC at the Gold’s Gym back in 2016. He was authentic and friendly!! Always will root for his success!
Rock vs HHH at Mania should of happened. Their rivalry deserved one more match on the biggest stage
I will cheer for hhh this time ❤

Man, I hated Triple H but that's a testament to what a great heel he portrayed. One of the moments I loath is when he gave HBK a DX t-shirt and everyone went nuts thinking there's going to be a DX reunion only for Hunter to turn on Shawn and pedigree him to start their feud.
Same. I'm watching his 2008 work presently. Binge watched his 96-07 already.

Hunter was one of the best and now, he looks in peace with everything.
The Rock v HHH, one last time.
Few years ago, that was supposed to be the retirement match for these 2 legends. It's unfortunate that it never took its course but it's enlightening to see HHH talk about it regardless.

From the days of kicking open hotel room doors to this.... it's great to see what he's become.
Insane to me, that anyone is just now giving props to Triple H. He comes from where the current performers come from. He knows what they want, and what he wants out of them. He is built for this. Let's see it last.
Triple H evolution days are the best wrestling years.

HHH has taken the responsibility he's been given like a champ.
I've always respected hhh and that doesn't waver. Mad respect for him. As a wrestler now as a decision maker he will make wwe as great or greater as wwf. Because he is a wrestler at heart and heart means more than money
Haitch with the "just said my Shahada" swag
Triple H wasn’t My favorite wrestler but it still bothers Me seeing Him looking old when it still feels like yesterday watching Him wrestle especially His rivalry with The Rock that’s up there with the rivalry of The Rock vs Stone Cold
I think it's palpable from every interview he's done and his run this far that Triple H is much more open to dialogue and coming to a common understanding than Vince had been for a while. Him being a former headliner, being in charge of NXT and going through his health scare gives him an unique perspective on some of the things that the wrestlers nowadays want out of the business and how they're giving more value to their lives outside the ring, compared to the previous generations of wrestlers.
triple h is reason bruno was inducted into hall of fame, he started all the talks and even with warrior. Vince will always hold a grudge even if money is to be made.

Can’t see how that interview could have gone better well done from one Paul L to another.
7:00 is just MAGIC!😲
Helwani wasn't kidding. It was a nonchalant but powerful promo by The Game. Working his game on the biggest superstar in Hollywood. I feel like people don't give Trips enough credit for how good he really was. Maybe the greatest heel in the history of the business as he played the foil to two of the biggest superstars in the history of the business in The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Add in the fact that he is one of the founders of one of the greatest factions of all time D-Generation X, and he is right up there in the top ten of the greatest performers to lace up the boots.

Hhh and Vince
I'm 46 years old and I feel better about pro wrestling (ie WWE) today than I have in the past 15 years.
Breathing new life into a great platform... WWE now then forever
I got goosebumps during this
Here’s how I would do it -
Wrestlemania in Hollywood against Roman Reigns, Rock beats the tribal chief and finally relinquishes him of both titles, ending his 3 year run.
.. *BUT* .. it’s bitter sweet, because the rock gives a heart felt and emotional speech to his cousin and his nephews about their heritage and Legacy in the WWE (persuading Roman and the Usos to turn Face)
And then The rock relinquishes the titles and officially announces his retirement. (Dude in his 50s, he can’t do this forever) rock is teary eyed, Roman and the Usos are holding up his arms celebrating his emotional victory as the crowd screams “ROCKY ROCKY ROCKY” one last time
So it’s a heartfelt and memorable wrestlemania, and a farewell to a wrestling legend. Roman an the usos acknowledge Rock as the new cheif and the titles are now vacant since the champ has retired. And soon after, two new up and coming athletes will compete for it and start a new undisputed storyline (cause the Roman one is getting stale)
Have to say HHH speaks well and knows the business like nobody else, really impressed with the interview 🤷♂️
