Chevron Cars Commercial Compilation (1990s-2000s)

- Here is a compilation of Chevron with Techron commercials that aired throughout the 1990s and 2000s. They featured all kinds of claymated (and later CGI animated) talking cars and trucks. The Chevron Cars have been seen on television since 1995, and a toy line was also manufactured from 1995 to 2010. I enjoyed these commercials as a kid and had many of the toy cars!
The claymated commercials were produced by Aardman but I’m unsure if they animated the newer CGI ones. I have also included a parody or two from other shows such as MAD TV.
Cars that make an appearance:
1. Holly Hatchback, Unnamed Car #1
2. Sam Sedan
3. Pax Power (?)
4. Leslie LX, Kelly Kompact
5. Tony Turbo, Tina Turbo
6. Unnamed Car #2
7. Unnamed Car #3
8. Moe Muscle, Unnamed Car #4
9. Unnamed Car #5 and 6
10. Unnamed Car #7 ("Chevrad" parody but I included it anyway)
11. Danni Driver
12. Riley Roadster (?) + Unnamed Car #8 and 9
13. Wendy Wagon
14. Freddy 4-Wheller, Frankie 4-Wheeler
15. Nando
16. Riley Roadster (again)
17. Unnamed Car #10 and 11
18. Unnamed Car #12, 13
19. Payton Pizza
20. Taylor and Tyler Taxi
21. Unnamed Car #14
22. Blue Tony Turbo, Tina Turbo - Zábava
Chuck it’s me Morty.
Yeah, cuz we could... What?!
I understand that reference
And I said all that stuff, do you know what I would have done to you?
🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😆😆😆
@@TC-xu5ui Let's not rule anything off the table
The studio that made Wallace and Gromit made these commercials, I love it
That's why thr so good huh
@@noise6327 probably
I enjoy Aardman Animation films!
I knew it gave off creature comforts vibes
I have noticed similarities
Chuck: OH MY GOD I'M SO EMBARRESSED!
Morty: How do you think I feel?!
My next search😂😂😂😂😂
@@jonturner6769 so whats name of all thse talking cars
“well, let’s not rule anything out..”
That Family Guy clip did led me here.
"Let's not rule anything out.."
"This set of wheels is even better than those talking cars in that commercial"
Lol
It was Family Guy that led me here.
Family Guy brought me here.
Agent Prime me too
Let's not..... Let's not rule anything out
It brought me here right now.

I absolutely love how the windshield wipers are their eyebrows. Such simple, subtle, brilliant character design.
THESE COMMERCIALS ARE *GOLD*
That ad at 0:54 is right about garages today. Most garages don't even have cars in them anymore, most of the time people just store all of their junk in their garage.
I can relate. Me and my family just moved to a new house recently, and we have been using the garage for the cars, and there's plenty of space for two. If anything, I'd use the garage if I manage to get a nice car, like my dream car, an RX-7 FD.
@@DLGaming2002 so whats name of this white sedan
@@user-su6nu6wo7v If you mean the one in the thumbnail, that's Sam Sedan
@@DLGaming2002 hm whats name of this blue sedan
@@user-su6nu6wo7v It *could* be Pax Power, but there's no confirmation.
This must be where Pixar got the idea for Cars.
They made fun of it in Cars 2.
@@jubjub444 and yet that movie sucked.
@@JinxSanity That part was funny though

I really love these Chevron car commercials. They were so cute. I have collection of several of these cars.

L00 0.
Yeah. I had some of the cars as a kid
This looks like it was animated by Aardman
it is
@@DrawsomeDrawer Really so why do they have American accents then?
@@bluebugaboo3344 Because these commercials aired in America
Can confirm it was Aardman. Most of their commercial work is for US or Japanese brands. Animation done in UK. Voice work recorded in native country.
@@guksack It was already confirmed
Aardman's commercials are the BEST!!!
Nick Park made those chevron commercials.
"Lets not rule anything out."

This is so freakin cool. How could I forget about this?
‘They had me painted.’
I will not lie, I never knew Nando was a Mexican car. You learn new things every day!
These commercials came out when I was 9 and I'm 32 now. I've believed that cars have feelings for years and I'm sure these commercials are responsible for that line of thinking ;)
i used to get really excited when these commercials aired
there always was a new story each time
Wow these commercials really bring back memories.
Loved these commercials!
Is this Aardman? It looks like it is
Yes
Yeah, from the same makers of Wallace and Gromit! That's why I used to buy those cars! But now I lost interest due to being more overly obsessed with Nintendo shit and anime (my new things since 2009) nowadays lol.
yep buddy ya got it!!
Wow these commercials are great. Very nostalgic too, i dont remember seeing any on Tv growing up (I probably did tho), but they're still very nostalgic...back when commericals were good and actually informative on what they were trying to sell you, not just garbage music and chaotic animations like they are today.
"Let's not rule anything out."
I thought I was the only one who saw faces on cars😂😂😂😂😂😂😎😎😎😎😎😎
When I was four I use to collect these cars, and I'd would get excited when I see the commercials. Sam the sedan was one of my favorite cars along with the police car, the car at 6:11, the taxi car and this red car made in 1995 and one that came with a horse trailier.
Also Tony Turbo was also one of my favorite cars and one of my first along with Wendy and Sam
I DID TOO!!😁😁😁😁😁
Chuck, it's me, Morty.
Family Guy lead me here. From the studio that made Wallace and Gromit, Chicken Run, Shaun the Sheep, Timmy Time, Flushed Away, Arthur Christmas, Pirates! Band of Misfits, and Early Man.
4:37
Oh my god, it's Wallace!!!!!!!
“Let’s not rule anything out”
Wow these cars have such realistic ic voice acting as if their talking like a normal person
this is awsome
I have several of the toy cars
- Tony Turbo
- Tina Turbo
- Wendy Wagon
- Nando (The first one I got as a kid)
- Pax Power
- Trevor Tow Truck
- Tyler Taxi
- Leo Limo
I miss seeing these types of commercials
"MOTHER OF GOD!!"
So much nostalgia
wallace and gromit version of cars lol
Speaking of it, is that Gromit at 3:55?
Filipe1020 yeeeeeeeep
MrAngryTV1 lgo
Same studio lol
Best commercials ever. Beats commercial today
It’s kinda funny that how Aardman animated these cars and how they talk in the American language.
You mean with an American accent.
@@onewholovesvenison5335 Technically we would call it a language, while the Brits speak English/Scottish/Welsh, we speak American.
Travis De La Fuente “American” language is just a variation of English.
OW RIGHT IN THE CHILDHOOD!
There’s so many Chevrons in my area.
This gives me so much nostalgia! Didn’t they used to sell toys of the cars too? 😂
yeah
@Matthew Lopez they stopped making them in 2011 and started again a month ago the new one is Trent Techron
X3
I have the blue one at 3:37
I like how all the cars have names in the description
Must have been made by Aardman. Or at least it's very much in the style of Creature Comforts.
It's Made By Aardman
With people from America doing the Voices
William Pulfer-melville just like the hubba bubba commercials they made!
Man, I might've remembered those commercials as a kid. And i even used to have the toy versions of them as well. Including, a version from Disneyland.
This is what Cars should've been, but then they would've gotten sued? i dunno, But i love these cars better than the ones on Cars obviously. I had the toys they sold of them at the gas stations when i was a kid they were so cool.
cars movies was based on this

@@punker4Real The link doesn't work
I don't think they needed to sue. The idea of sentient cars is not copyrighted.
Disney would still win cause they have better lawyers
Did Aardman do the animation for this?
Fraser Currie Yes, they've done quite a few commercials for North America.
DAMN the windshield wiper eyebrows are such a nice touch
I sometimes think the windshield wipers for eyebrows are the eyes!
Wow this was so cool
4:13 I found gromit!
Nice one to put a MAD TV skit in there! That one sure made me laugh when that car blew up. Heh. Chevrad.
I just bought 3 of these cars online
Even though some of these commercials aren't made in the 2010s, (9:27 and 3:08 being the only ones from the 2010's) it makes me feel nostalgic about that time.
I remember hving these. Right now their in my storage unit. I have a BUNCH of em'
Very very good😮
good idea from marketing, always usta love these commercials 👍
From "Simply Smarter" to "Care for your car".
5:18 "Chuck it's me, Morty"
So this is what happens when you combine Pixar's Cars with Creature Comforts.
Hahaha this is awesome!
I FOUND THE BLUE CAR! O_O
My mother once said it could be out on December but never seen it and now I finally realized
that not all cars are ever produced but the blue car appeared to be back and still only in commercials
when all those collectibles got discontinued due to lack of demand, SHAME ON YOU UNLOYAL CUSTOMERS! :(
The Gromits
i miss these commercials :(
the Mystery Machine would star in one of those Chevron ads to explain why she feels misused or ignored.
I'm assuming this is the inspiration for that one family guy skit😂
4:37, I feel this should've been the Family Guy parody, but tweaked so it fits said show's humor.
i had alot of these when i was little :( 2 bad they dont make them no more
Aardman? Awesome!
I have alot of Chevron cars, they r cool. The ice cream trucks makes the ice cream truck sound and the ice cream scoop moves.
When bunches of commercials are better than the cars movie
I think this is funny!
"Chuck, it's me, Morty."
Chevron is the best!
very sneaky with the chevrad
I just realized. The windshield wipers are supposed to be their eyebrows! Aha! I love the detail :)
This reminds me of creature comforts
Clowntrooper Same animation studio: Aardman.
dude I thought these commercials were so funny when I was a kid and would always bug my mom to go to chevron when she said we needed gas lol. The day I saw these things as real life toys in behind the counter when she was paying I lost my shit lol
Had to come back to my child hood. Its a shame some of my cars aren't in good condition but most are. Not sure if i would sell them since they mean so much to me
The talking car in the Mechanic one looks like a Shelby Cobra
CGI ads never have this charm anymore.
8:10 I remember seeing that at Disneyland
man i love aardman
3 of these commercials include 2 or more gromits.
6:03 GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL!!!!
*NOSTALGIA!*
The purple car in the background of the commercial at 4:07 looks high
M8 your not a Toyota Im looking for
Forget about "Family Guy," these Claymation Car commercials literally Pre-Dated the "Pixar" movie *"Cars"* when it was 1st released in 2006.
This absolutely terrified me as a child I would have nightmares about this.
What’s so scary about it?
@ink Freddy so, in most cartoons, talking cars always have their eyes on their headlights, except in Cars.
Yellow car bomb commercial Scare-factor: MAXIMUM NIGHTMARE-NIGHTMARE
Pokemon gotta catch ' em all!
8:17 was a favorite of mine... Autopia before the remodel.
(2:07) that red car looks like lightning McQueen from cars
That looks nothing like lightning mqueen
It sounds like rocky balboa as a car
I'm getting my Hyundai Palisade suv this June. Can't drive my Hyundai without Chevron with Techron
I saw these cars at an ad at a giants game on the out feild wall

Car commercial:
CZcams: sends Disney/Pixar Car review
Of course, I've made a series about them
Until now i have realized that almost every car has a name.
