You've gotta love working on dirt bikes, it's almost like Lego. On my old ktm EXC 125 it only took 4 bolts to remove all of the fairings, the seat and the fuel tank.

What was the reason you chose the return coolant hose rather than the input line that is hot, coming out of the cylinder head?
I don't get the spark plug part. So, you only need to wrap that cable around that part that is still insulated, right? I was looking at the diagram, and that seems to be it.

Did you have to adjust the front suspension to account for the 17 inch wheels. You are dropping the rear wheel 1 inch and the front wheel 4 inches?

How well is the Speedo sensor working out mounted on the fork guard? Does it rub the fork at all? Does it get an accurate reading from there? I have an FX also I want to put a speedo on

Great build couple questions are you sure about the 170 Watts the bike puts out I have a 2020 and it shows 70 Watts in the manual not sure if things have changed or not I thought they were the same bike 19 to 20.. any issues with the draining the battery.. thanks for the info
