The workshop discussed the process of acquisitions administration end of year closeout and setting up the new fiscal year, including fiscal year closeout, setting up new funding sources and funds, applying credit and allocating funds through propagation or rollover, checking for changes in the previous fiscal year, creating new funding sources and funds for the new fiscal year, and allocating money from funding sources to specific funds for purchasing.
