This is the final level of the game: Cannon's Core. This level consists of sections divided up with each character, and is pretty lengthy. Score needed: 29000
Useful tip to those going for the A rank. Unlike other stages in the game, if you die, your score will NOT drop back to 0 but instead be put back to the score it was when said section began. This is useful because let's say if you die in Rouge's section, you do not have to pause and reset but instead just die and retry. Best of luck!
@@Xaxan6523 That's not what I meant. If you die after the checkpoint with the long drop, your score will revert back to what it was when you first started the area as Eggman.

The 4th mission times you and will start you over from the very beginning of the stage if you die, and the last mission outright gives you less points to earn, including the time bonus since several time-stopping switches have been moved, last shorter, or are completely gone.
If you play this level on an illegal copy on the Dreamcast version Eggman just falls through the floor and dies over and over until you get game over or quit the stage.
I got it. If you have less than 17k at the end of Tails part, or less than 21k at the end of Eggman part, your score will be surely less than 29k. Because you win with the three last character a ridiculous amount of point. Anyway thx for the vid again. This one is hard.
This mission is overall just fine, fun, but for some reason they had to add to put 2 artificial chaos in 1 room in Eggman`s section, 1 was already irritating enough, but they put 2 of them, IN 1 ROOM. But since it`s just 1 room I`ll not whine about it. Nice job tho.

Don't die on Eggman's section after the checkpoint though.

actually you just need 10k atleast for tails and 20k for eggman

You should definetely restart if you have less than 20k when you start as Rouge.
