I got one of these from a rock shop up in Ogden about 3 years ago and I have loved this stone. I didn't know it was a stone found in Utah until today, for some reason. I love it even more now. No wonder it got me to drive all the way up there to buy it! (I live in Utah county so it was a little bit of a trip)

I have found quite a large septatrian, about 1foot long and 6x9inches thick, like a big loaf of uncut bread, I really want to cut it in half but am a newbie to this stuff and would not want to break it in some way, are there places that can cut it for me ? Guess some stone mason type place might be good ?
