- We went to London! While we were in London we visited the Namco Funscape arcade located right by the London Eye. We played all kinds of different arcades games and we even tried the cotton candy maker. Enjoy the video!

Most of the claw machines are fixed, that's why there are so many of them.
I also live in England and I actually have a family member that works maintaining grab/claw machines along with other arcade machines and YES they all are computerised to take a certain amount of money before they pay out wether it be winning a cash prize from a fruit machine or a cuddly toy from a grab machine,there’s only ever one winner and that’s the owner of the machine and the person who happens to put there money in at the time the machine is ready to pay out
It's true in the US as well, but they're expert at manipulating the machine to win when it wasn't exactly planned.
You hardly ever win in amusement arcades in England. The odds are DEFINITELY stacked in favour of the machine.

When I was 3...my mother spent 80£ on a teddy bear to get it for me.... I still got it... Apparently it only pays out after 60£...

I moved to Canada 10 years ago from the UK and haven't been back since. I can't believe how much the claw machines seemed to have become so rigged since I left!
her timing is SO bad on the 10p machines! Everyones knows you gotta put the coin in when the slider is back all the way, then by the time the 10p falls the slider will be open and will nudge the coins forward lol
I never heard 2 people get so excited playing a claw machine as these 2

I work for Namco Funscape uk. We personally do not RIG out machines as there subject to rigorous testing to prevent the law from being breached. The only thing we can legally alter is the weight value but again that can only match the projected prize weight. Great video plush! just subscribed today.
You total liar Namco Westminster is mega rigged it's all most impossible to win anything the SpongeBob card machine everywhere pays 3000 tickets for full set Westminster Namco only pays 500.
The 10p pushers have been flattened so no 10ps full into win hole.
Clenaflex is almost impossible to win them tickets.
I don't work for Namco Westminster sorry. There totally different in the respect of operation. The Rigging' that's only Westminster employee deep.

Y'all need to come to Beaumont Texas and go the tilt in the mall! It's the biggest arcade I've ever seen. I think it ended up taking up 5 shops just to make the arcade and it wraps around from one part of the mall to the other.

U guys should go to the one at the Trafford centre. I go from time to time as I live an hour away, my boyfriend won 6,000 tickets from one of the machines last year, we’ve still got 2,000 left 😅 oh and they have these tiny little claw machines that have rubber ducks and squeaky toys in 😊

the reason it gave you 4 on the last machine is 30p a play and only 3 plays fit into 1 pound.. so when you put in 3 pound your next play is 4 plays because of the odd 10ps that are left over from the other games... if that makes sense.... ???
Namco London probably the worst value arcade in the whole of the UK. Been there several times over the years and payback was always bad but now worse than ever. Next time you guys are in the UK why not try Bognor Regis on South Coast. Only two arcades being Neptunes on the pier and Mr Ps classic amusements opposite. Neptunes have some interesting games, but best value by far is Mr P's. Privately run by Dave & Amelia with a great mix of very old games, as well as some brand new unique ones. No tickets, instead there are gold tokens to win in pushers and slots with great quality prizes to win. Payback return is very fair and probably one of the best arcades in the country. Well worth the trip.

Most claw machines in England are rigged ASF especially in amusement/ arcades it’s so ridiculous. Also for the tickets, Last time I went to an arcade a £10 bear cost 40k tickets 😭 and tickets aren’t easy to get tbf. I just use the 2p machines. At least I get to win something.
