    I drive one of these for the first time yesterday. I love how there’s very few differences between the diesel version. I’m hoping they’ll let me keep it.

    I love how they’re posting a bit more regularly. I love the all American series!

    I wish they all came with crome rims.

    I test drove one of them. For Rush Enterprises in Dallas Texas. It is very powerful and very quiet. I drive Class A trucks for Rush Enterprises in Irving Texas. This is just as strong as a Diesel and a GNC.

    There should be a safety feature where all the brake lights, brakes, applied and all gears shifted to Neutral until the driver seat belt is used and if the door is closed. Then the bus can be ready to be used again for the rest of its journey.

      You can not put the bus into gear until the door is closed and the driver's seatbelt is fastened.

      I know i was saying the same thing should happen, even if the bus is in motion.

    • @OfficialMilkyFoxChannel
      @OfficialMilkyFoxChannel Před 3 lety

      Like say if the door got opened or the seatbelt was unbuckled, the bus would stop

      @@OfficialMilkyFoxChannel And If a sensor malfunctioned and incorrectly registered the door open or seatbelt not fasted while the but is driving down the highway? Or even if it did correctly register the door open or seatbelt, you want the bus to just stop dead in the middle of whatever road or highway it is on? That is FAR more dangerous.

    Can’t imagine how much it would cost to purchase and install chargers for a fleet of busses , but with the cost of fuel going up it could pay for itself over time . Most of our routes are less than 80 miles a day so it would be nice if they could transition some of them to electric

    Can they retrofit this electric motor into a diesel motor coach? And if so how much would something like that cost
    Or make it dual ....both electric and diesel

    So what does it mean, when a message on the dash board comes up high battery voltage. Should I be concerned?

      Lol I've been driving one for 18 months now. Students could care less that it's electric and its not that much different from driving a diesel.
