I really do like the Way that he get himself involved With all types of People from all Walks of life no matter Who it is or Where they are actually from there as Well ! I have tons of respect for him for Venturing'out of his home zone area and doing different thing's With all kinds of food inspired People's from near or Far. 👍👍
I have always said I will go ANYWHERE to find good food, and include EVERYBODY. I’m actually from the west end of Louisville and feel very comfortable in any part of town. Louisville has so much to offer it would be a shame to not let the World know where to find the best food. You are very observant. Thank you.

OK I've binged watched this channel since Saturday, and whether I agree or disagree with the opinions, I enjoy the off the cuff nature and different characters you bring along. Really refreshing the positive vibes too. The variety of restaurants and neighborhoods is great. So many think the only restaurants are in the Highlands, Nulu or St. Matthews. You'd almost think there are no other areas. Far as people criticizing how you eat, talk or walk, if they can do better they can start a channel and see how it works out.
I also see you like hot sauce. I bring ghost pepper powder with me when I go out to eat. 🥵
Man, you hit the nail on the head. Folks need to break out of their comfort zone and spread some love to the REST of the city. You also nailed it on the critiques. They need to do their own thing and show me how it’s done. I’m just trying to help people out, have fun and be myself. Nothing fancy, but keeping it real. Thank you so much for your very positive input.
@@goodallscountrykitchen meant to add you might consider a membership option for your channel at some point. I think you'd find plenty of interest in that. I'd join for sure. I know the channel is monetized but these tabs aren't cheap. Especially places like Porcini.

I worked at a BBQ restaurant for years and then I worked at a place where I was a " Sous Chef". And one day I went in and the " Head Chef" said that he was going to do some BBQ. His idea of BBQ was pouring some Dr. Pepper and liquid Smoke over a Pork Butt and baking it. I Laughed at Him... Hahahahahahahaha 😂!!!
