No way can you buy a house that low, not anywhere. And after you succeed buying a fixer-upper, try find home insurance. Not easy since most insurers have taken leave of Florida, thanks in part to hurricanes. And like years earlier many people are leaving the state because of high living expenses and rancid politics.🤬Born and raised in Tampa yet another gone into the trash heap of over priced Florida cities!

Check out some of “according to Briggs” vids. I’m only a few cities in on the list so far but I think they should show some more areas of the cities, not just the generic drone footage. Plus I’m looking for single people, not areas to raise families, etc

I can’t confirm about all the cities but Dunedin is not cheaper like the video show! I was rented in that city for three years and I bought a home in the suburbs because we can’t find homes in the average of 200-300 th everything is much more expensive
