I always get inspired but never really do it
I was going through a time of emotional stress and after watching your CZcams Video I started journaling. These tips helped and you inspired me to start writing and drawing my feelings out on paper. You also helped me get over stress, you are the reason I am no longer depressed, thank you for your support. I used to get verbally abused and bullied and after writing my feelings down, I gained courage and spoke up to those who hurt me. Thank you for your supportive voice on a gloomy day, you are my hero.
