Thanks for the video. Love the peaceful setting and large bedrooms, laundry and kitchen. Wish the island had a prep sink though, as it’s quite a walk across the kitchen from the fridge to the sink that you’d have to make after taking ingredients out of the fridge to go wash them. Alternatively, the fridge and stove could swap places to maintain the sink with the view out of the window. You’d also expect the drawers for the pots and pans to be more conveniently located on either side of the stove and not in the island. (I’d use the drawers in the island for prep bowls, cutting boards, colanders, etc. ). Also, you are right in that the dining room seems small, especially for the size of the kitchen and house overall. In which suburb is this located? Also, is this property on a septic tank? Hi! The property has a new septic. The location is Dade City Fl. I love the idea of the prep sink on the island. Though, I would have to disagree that the walk from the frig is far. But, to each their own :) glad you like the video and thank you for the feedback:)
Hello. It’s $629k at the moment with 86 days on the market as of the date of this comment. This is a smaller local builder so it’s possible it drops even more. They had it under contract at one point but something must have happened with the buyers financing. Hope this helps!
