I have the back res delete and just standard exhaust, is there anything else I can do without mapping it for some more sound? Ps 19 plate on a 68 :)
You can go fully straight piped but be warned it is loud haha

Can you have the power WITHOUT the pops and bangs? I'm a 53 yr old man who LOVES the twitchy arse end power but don't think my neighbours would appreciate the "drama".
You can adjust your map if you have bootmod3, so you can basically map out the burbles and pops if you wanted
I'm 54 with a 455bhp/634nm M140i.
I don't like pops & bangs, and mine sounds just a little bit louder than stock, still has the nice burbles on over-run but doesn't sound like an attention seeking chav in mcdonalds car park.
Each to their own of course, but I'd be embarrassed driving this around, even though it's a nice car and extremely quick.

how did you get away with double res delet on the 68 plate ive got a 68 plate with only back res delet and a remus to keep it from been a MOT failure is there ways around it

There not as many long term reviews on it but it is already known for it‘s reliability and tuneability. 600bhp with stock internels is pretty common. Stage 1 is already around 420 bhp.

You can't get 500bhp or 700nm stage 2, you need a tu hpfp which would make it stage 2+ and even then wouldn't crack 500bhp on pump fuel. I have a stage 2+ m140i, so speaking from experience.

One thing I can't understand here, you have 500 HP but can't use them as you drive it only to red lights, roundabouts, intersections you name it.
