“Mediocrity knows nothing higher than itself; but talent instantly recognizes genius.” Cooking is definitely an art form because there is a lot of subjectivity involved. So, even though you might have a recipe that has very precise instructions and quantities, everybody’s circumstance varies. Cooking does not just depend upon reading a recipe and following directions, a lot of other aspects - like oven temperatures, ingredient interpretation, and mixing techniques - all factor into the dish. These aspects are similar to the variation in color choice, brush strokes, and painting medium painters have. Cooking is “very much an art form because the cook or the chef is adapting and reacting to changing circumstances throughout the recipe. You can give somebody who has no experience a very clear, well-tested recipe, and they still might struggle with it because they don’t understand the nuances. Sometimes I wonder if I should have been a chef rather than a broadcast journalist, but I have to admit that my shortcomings in the kitchen are readily apparent. Ayesha, in my opinion, you are a multitalented individual who excels in all you do. Be a constant inspiration to others.

if you want a quick tip,instead of Rolling chicken breast,you can cut chicken breast but dont cut it till end so that its a one big flat piece at the end than hammer it to be bit thinner and then you can fill half part of it with cheese and other ingredients and then close it with the remaining half part and then
you dip that in egg and then on dry crunchy panier Mehl ( German word).
First of all no need to use tooth picks and it will be flat.We cal it Chicken Cordon bleu here in Switzerland.
