We’re Chad and Monica and we live in Dallas, TX. This is our van build series where we’ll be converting our 2021 Ram Promaster 2500 van into a camper we can travel and stay in.
Holy cow we went on our first trip in the van! We visited Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the Custer State Park and drove the Iron Highway and the Needles Highway. There’s also frickin buffalo in here! This was a great shakedown trip!

I was at mt Rushmore in 1977. we were on the way to Denver on vaca . I had just finished drivers ed. I was helping my mom drive. we had got through sd and I was driving in Wyoming, we stop for a break and to change drivers there was a news spot about the highway I had just drove being the worst for accidents.
Yikes. We’re in Omaha now. Staying across the border in Iowa. Monica picked up a Clark shirt!
