You really have a great taste in manga. I've been a fan of Naoki Urasawa and "Parasyte" for a long time too.
A manga that I recently read and found quite interesting, and would like to recommend, is "Quality Assurance in Another World," which has just been translated into English this year. It's a very unique Isekai story.

One Piece is actually a pretty boring manga. Uninteresting characters on genetic quest. Maybe it get better later but the first 10 volumes did not impress me. Change my mind
