I’m soooo disappointed you had a bad experience with the Makeup Forever foundation 😔. I’m 58 , and it looks and performs beautifully on my skin 🤷♀️. Unfortunately there are so few maturer content creators in my age demographic by comparison, and the creators I do follow are considerably younger than myself, but the several I watched (“Lisa J”sang its praises ) on this foundation review , and LOVED it , especially for the hydration and glow 😊☺️!!

I talked to Maryam in DM’s about the new Makeup Forever Foundation it broke me and my sister out so bad and in places I never break out. So we passed it to my mom and she LOVES the foundation. It looks beautiful on my mom! Some of my favorite content creators that have more mature skin are Risa from Risadoesmakeup SHE is GREAT! Shannonlovesmakeup , Rebecca from Not for Print Beauty also GREAT, Stephanie Marie, Steffs Beauty Stash and Kristi Allure are all Great!!! I hope that helps you find more creators who have more mature skin. The foundation looked great on Rebecca from Not for Print Beauty. Have a great Sunday ☺️💜
Thing is, I don’t think that foundation is for younger or more mature skin per say, it’s just got some ingredients that are too high on the comedogenic scale for acne-prone skin to handle. My mom is around your age, but she still gets occasional acne, so I wouldn’t recommend it to her. Check out my friend Caroline Hirons YT & IG - she’s a queen!!

I love the Lancome Nils lash primer and would never go without it! Years ago Jane Iredale made a fantastic brow mascara and then discontinued it.

I know everything has gone up in price BUT wow some of the Drugstore brands are just as much as products that are in Sephora. It’s crazy, hi inflation! The Wet n Wild blushes are so pretty and only $3 dollars and some change!
