Great video - would love to see some more counter blox gameplay. Here's a few tips on some of the questions you had in the video to increase your experience:
1. you can't aim down sights on all guns, only some in the rifles section. you can with any sniper, e.g. the awp, but also other rifles that have proper scopes, e.g. the Aug A3 and the SSG-something or other. To aim down sights with these guns it's right click.
2. If you leave spawn without buying a weapon, you can always run back into your spawn and buy something as long as you haven't already shot/swiped with a knife. You just go back into spawn and press B to open the shop again, however there is something like a 20 second limit on the shop.
3. As well as buying a primary weapon and grenades, you can also buy a different secondary, you get given a default secondary however, if you go in the shop and click on the 'pistols' section you have some different options, some with various perks, etc. You may like to use dual berrettas, as you can fire 30 rounds very quickly before having to reload, but these are only very good at close range, when walking round corners in particular.
4. To increase your aim with all weapons (except maybe snipers) you can stop walking, or crouch with C. If you crouch while firing it can greatly increase accuracy, firing in bursts even with automatic weapons is also better, as the longer you fire an automatic weapon, the more the bullets spread.
5. You are also already running, just moving with wasd/arrow keys is as fast as you can go, and to go at normal walking speed to mask your footstep noise form others you can hold shift - holding shift may also increase gun accuracy, but not as much as standing still, crouching, or firing in bursts/semi.
