How To Do A Cartwheel! | Tumbling Tips

when you do a cartwheel you want to also turn the hand farthest away from you ( so if you are right footed you would turn your left hand) towards you when it touches the ground to make your cartwheel straighter. I don’t know how well i explained that but that’s how i learned to do it in gymnastics. I know this is cheer and cheer and gymnastics are different but i thought i would share that little tip for anyone who needs it.
