Kevin, you’ve helped me a lot. But I cannot locate a newer one that I discovered yesterday. It was you from the back moving slowly and calling out the moves. I loved it. Today I cannot find it at all.
Can you please give me a title or some way to find it? Thanks so much.

      Hi Susan,
      You are very welcome!
I am aware that some moves have been changed in the FLK/TTCS but I have not found anybody that could explain the changes or the reasons why. I would love to see a demonstration with an explanation as to why the changes were made, what benefits there might be to the changes, and who decided to implement them.
      Cheers

I so agree with you !!...I dislike the new moves...and its like teaching an old dog new tricks in our class lol x

      Hi Susan,
I am all for corrections and improvements (and "learning new tricks" LOL), if there is benefit and good reasoning behind it. I have asked a number of TTCS instructors to demonstrate and explain the changes and so far no one has been able to provide as they don't seem to either have a grasp of the dynamics of the changes or any knowledge as to why they have been implemented. I find this curious keeping in mind Mr. Moy's stance on instructor standards, openness about accessibility to the Tai Chi, making the health benefits available to all, and the fact that all the changes occurred some time after Mr. Moy's passing. I think in terms of liking or disliking the changes, as Mr. Moy would ask, "How does it feel?"
      Cheers

We have been taught new ways to do some of the moves....but they are difficult to remember, whilst doing the set, ..especially if you have been doing it Mr. Moys way for years !! However, the new beginners are still being shown Master Moy's way....then in continuation class, they are taugh the new ways, hope that makes sense lol..
