Hi there,
I have questions because am searching wheather its psychosis or spritual what is happeing because i keep feeling like people can hear my thoughts but then i i try to convince my self its just me thinking this but im not sure
It makes me feel like is it real or just me like im just tryied of this . I would like your input on this ?

It’s probably a good idea to check with your doctor. That is a really common symptom of psychosis but not common for spiritual experiences. It might be something more benign like anxiety, but your doctor will be able to figure out what it is.
