Also about Khun Song's death. She actually hanged herself to death according to the novel. That is after Khun Nueng left the palace to pursue her painting career. Since she was the 2nd child so all the burden and responsibilities fell on her and the pressure killed her basically. This is why Khun Nueng blames herself for Khun Song's death. In GAP the series, they have changed her storyline by showing that she died in an accident in order to put emphasis on the fact that article 1448 in Thailand prohibits legal rights to homosexual couples. Which means even if one partner is on the verge of dying, the doctors wont let their partner to sign the bond as they are not legal partners in the eyes of law. In that case, one would need to bring the patient's parents asap. That is what basically killed Khun Song acc to GAP the series because the grandma appeared later so it was already too late.
I think the reason Annueng is getting that jealous over the doctor is because their relationship is still a secret. Keeping it hiding from others can affect someone negatively.
