Hi Chloe! I bought OMSI a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving it. Still have the base game and maps that come with it but looking at getting a British map to. I have the Enviro 400mmc which I'm loving. I'm currently using my keyboard for steering but can be a bit temperamental sometimes lol what do you recommend instead? Would a steering wheel be way better? I can map the buttons to do certain things then. I'm still getting to grips with the game but it's enjoyable. 🙂

Hey! Glad you’re enjoying it, OMSI fever kicks in real fast haha!
There are some really good, free, British maps on Fellowsfilm. West Country 4 probably being kne if the easiest maps as it’s completely self contained and requires no dependence to work, other than itself. Same for Yorkshire Counties 3, but that’s a payware DLC from steam. But does also include 2 buses from 2 of the Masterswitch bus DLC packs. Although they’re slightly less than those that are In the packs. But overall, pretty much the same, just a lot less variants.
As for the controller devices. I’ve only used a keyboard and then later on a G27 steering wheel. Which I find to be much more enjoyable. But that’s just my personal opinion. Though, I’m sure most would agree. With that being said, a lot of users prefer using the mouse to drive, rather than a keyboard. But I never really found it to be enjoyable to use. But again, fangs just my opinion! I would recommend trying to use the mouse to drive if you want to try something else first and see how you get along with it. It can take a little while to get used to accelerating/braking and steering all at the same time, with the mouse. But practice makes perfect! 🙂

Just a question, I have read on fellowsfilm that the VIX TP5800 ticket machine is being reworked do you when it is releasing because it makes the SP400 MMC feel realistic with Stagecoach

Yeah, unfortunately SP said that it’s not gonna be coming back anymore. Initially it was said it was removed due to it being behind the more advanced ticketer, and that the VIX would be reworked and re-added. But seems plans changed!
