Baby Breakfast Burritos
butter
2 small burrito sized tortillas
2 eggs
smoked cheddar
medium cheddar
Gently preheat a skillet until it is nice and preheated. Melt the butter in the pan. Beat the eggs and then pour them into the pan. Cook them like the guy in the video. Once mostly cooked, fold in some grated cheese.
Heat the tortillas and then add the eggs. Roll them, toast them again on the skillet, wrap them in foil, then bring them with you to the hospital because you are off to go have a baby.
