The K-Zero Plate Carrier is the most comfortable low-profile plate carrier on the market. It’s the only plate carrier designed directly with both Israeli and US Special forces to fix all of the comfort and functionality issues with modern plate carriers.
Over the last decade the desire to make plate carriers lower profile has made them more and more uncomfortable, even when only carrying bare essentials. With any type of weight on them they become unbearable and attempts to add external padding elements just don’t work.
The K-Aero is just as low profile but built to be significantly more comfortable whether run completely slick, or fully up-armored and worn for entire days. Comfort is not a luxury, it's a necessity to stay alert. Especially in hostile environments where fatigue can cost you your life.
The Agilite proprietary V design spreads the weight over 8 different suspension points so there are zero hot spots.
In Addition, strategically placed low profile closed cell padding gives you an unprecedented amount of comfort, without adding bulk or interfering with your stockweld.
Every K-Zero comes with a one-size fits all low profile cummerbund, so you can guarantee a perfect fit and even adjust it by yourself on the fly while wearing it. This ensures that it will always fit you or the members of your team regardless of your body type, loadout, or what you’re wearing underneath.
It is incredibly versatile. In the front it allows you to switch between either velcro flaps or quick release buckles depending on your mission set. It has both internal and external mounting options and stretch that doesn’t compromise any real estate on your rear plate bag.
For even heavier loads, the K-Zero is compatible with the Agilite Warfighter Cummerbund or any other hook and loop based cummerbund.
Even when fully scaled up, the K-Zero is extremely lightweight, jumpable and has zero bulk for operating in confined spaces.

@@KPTEI Like i said, if the bulk is too much you transition to flexible alternatives. There's even soft wrap pads certified for III now, not to mention curved strike plates.

I'm honored to have been a part of the product testing teams. The fact they listened to our input and developed an even better carrier and all the accessories such as the warfighter cumberbund and the cable management kit is outstanding. I didn't think anything would beat my K19, but Agilite appears to have stepped up their game. My go-to color pattern is multicam.

Finally ive been searching youtube for months looking for a real plate carrier, not some 2 or 3 mag build it your self pos. No bladder no back pack or nothing. I can finally rest easy thank the loard i am saved. This suits my needs and surpasses them. Ive looked at grand thumb, Haley strategic, safe life, vuongh Armor, ronnin tactics, warrior poet society, t rex arms, and who knows what the hell else this plate carrier kills all of them easily thank you so much. And no disrespect to them i just feel like this is way more my style. And the back pack with hydration was a must. Thank you thank you thank you. Ive been lost for so long. Now i am found😢. ❤❤❤❤❤

This Carrier looks super adjustable on the fly as compared to other minimalist designs. Where the end user is usually has to constantly take on and off the carrier to adjust. Depending on their clothing they are wearing. Thats why I got mine. I'm super excited to try mine out when it gets here. For Camo, I'd love to see some m81 or multicam Arid Varients. Keep killing it Agilite!

Always high quality production videos just like your gear! The k-zero is a great addition to the lineup, along side the K-19. Favorite color is multicam / ocp, which I have for my K-19 carrier, but coyote comes in at a close second. Keep innovating!

How do you shoulder a rifle properly with the bulky straps that the k19 has?
I took the QR buckle off my strong side and use the included non QR adapter. I run a BCM stock and the rubber pad is super grippy, I also cant my rifle a bit so it falls naturally into the grove between my muscle and shoulder, and tend to use only the lower half of the stock to shoulder it. I have no issue with shouldering like that. It’s comfortable and fits my body ergonomics. Hope this helps

I would probably say since I would be using this product at work I would definitely go for the multi-cam.
The K-0 in Ranger Green is fire!! Till the release I couldn‘t imagine a plate carrier could get revolutionised these days but you guys did a awesome job and teached me better. Keep grinding guys, you are awesome.

Honestly, what I love about Agilite is that they are always collecting feedback from operators and civilians, and based on that constantly improving the gear they produce. So far I have not seen many companies having such connection with customers. K-Zero is an outstanding plate carrier (so far I have seen from different reviews). My favourite pattern would be Multicam, but I can`t wait to see if a coyote version comes out soon. Keep up with good work!

I just recently learned about your company, and after some reviews I've watched, I've been interested in getting the K-19. After watching this video and some reviews on the K-Zero, I think it's the right carrier for me. I have a small frame for a man, 5'5" 135 pounds, and I think the sleek, low profile design of the K-Zero is perfect for me and I'm digging the Ranger Green pattern! Great video! Always nice to see you guys keep innovating and making your products better. Favorite camo, or rather color in my case, would be Ranger Green. A few friends are running the K5 in Ranger Green, while personally have the K19 in Black. Excellent gear!

Desert Multicam is the way to go, with the large pocket for large SAPI plates. Those First Spear tubes in Tan, look sharp with the Multicam. Agilite, I love the amount of detail and interoperability built into this new setup. And we don't have to chase cable-routing accessories, you've included them in the initial purchase; thank you for thinking of this, it is appreciated. NICE work.
The new vest is definitely the upgrade the community needed. Being part of the R&D team and having them listen to everyone’s thoughts/inputs is awesome. My favorite Camo pattern is the black Multicam and hopefully they will release the alpine Multicam option at some point.

Man I wish I knew this was coming when I ordered my K19 3.0, I definitely would have waited and picked this up. I just got my K19 a few weeks ago though so I’ll be running it for quite some time before it’s replaced

My favorite is definitely the M81 or Ranger green. Honestly, when it comes to looks I've never liked Multicam, but understand why it's kind of become the world's universal pattern. Love the company and what you do, as well as your interactions with influencers like Administrative Results.

I picked up several Agilite pouches in ranger green for my current carrier, and I absolutely love them. They have a great attention to detail and functuality. I'm definitely considering the K-Zero now.

I bought a full load out a month ago in the K19. Im part of the T&E crew and wrote a stellar review on it and I swear the only gripe I had was Velcro and elastic cummerbund was needed. Have to snag this next and see how it feels.

My favorite camo pattern has to be tigerstripe. It works great for the region I live in, and I love the history with MACV-SOG and other SF units in Vietnam.

For color, I prefer a black based multicam, running this over all black set up and that helps it blend in a little more for me. Love all of the improvements - keep up the amazing work!

Looks like a great design. I had a carrier no name mentioned and it wasn’t great. Once I purchased my k-19 I knew I’d never need to look for a different carrier. Definitely love the multi cam black and green.

Excellent video & kit as always. My favourite camouflage pattern? Always had a soft spot for Swedish M90
This would be my first carrier, and would be a great jumpstart to that investment! An OD green or khaki coloration would be nice as a simple base. But for something like this, the potential for customization and utility with a slim profile is what draws me in the most. I hope to buy one eventually after getting my EDC gear squared away first. Thanks guys

K - Zero looks sick. Top of-the-line plate carrier and the MULTICAM camo pattern is perfect, blends well. The fact that it stays light after so many attachments makes it the #1 plate carrier. Hats off to the Agilite team.
