Your new Bishline is a great sounding banjo. If it sounds half as good in person as it does on the video, you have yourself a real winner. Congratulations!
I had Rob use an Heirloom as the base model, so whatever ring comes in that is what I'm assuming is in this. I know it's the TP-Schaffer rim... but I'm not real sure on the other details. I just left that up to Rob, since he knows a heck of a lot more about how to create a good tone than I do! :-)
Great Pickin' Ryan !
see ya at the IBMA !
Rob
That. Sounds. Fantastic.
@markw51 It's basically a custom Heirloom... with a radiused neck and a couple other upgrades. It's a great banjo!
Aww how sweet

Growls, purrs..sounds real sweet :-)
Sounds better than snuff and ain't near as dirty!
Sorry for the delay on answering this. I rarely check my comments on here. That was just some improvising... no set tune.
I didn't know you were getting a new banjo!
hey great sound!!!
First off - great picking. Love that tone. Also, what are those pinches you were doing at 33 seconds?
Thanks! I don't have a banjo nearby to confirm, but I think I was pinching the 1st string at the 12th fret and the 2nd string at the 11th fret.
Beautiful and clean picking! That Bishline sounds fantastic, awesome amount of pop from it!
