His voice is totally insane!!
The guitar sounds so rich and beautiful in this performance. Also, this is one of the few instances where the acoustic version is significantly better than the original. It gets the song’s message across with more emphasis and sounds like a completely different song from the original.

I think I got the tuning. It's pretty close anyway .. So tune your guitar to standard Drop D tuning and then tune the G string to F# and the B string to A and then put a capo on the first fret. I think that's it. Let me know if you guys agree on the tuning and if you figure out something closer plz let me know, thanks! In the official acoustic recording the Capo is on the 2nd fret.
